Ewing Community Gardeners Will Meet to Plan for 2015 Gardening Season

The January meeting of the Ewing Community Gardens will be held on Wednesday, Jan 21st from  7 – 8:30 p.m. at the Ewing Senior and Community Center in the Board Room, 999 Lower Ferry Road.  There are a number of housekeeping items to attend to, including the election to determine the garden leadership for the coming gardening season.  All 2014 plotholders are eligible to vote.  Please come and help determine the future of Ewing’s community of gardeners.

Garden Council Election Results

Congratulations are in order for the following individuals who were elected to the Ewing Community Gardens Garden Council by 2013 gardeners for the coming 2014 gardening season:

They will begin to work on the agenda for next season when they convene.  Please let them know if you have any questions or ideas.

Ewing Community Gardens – Garden Council Election

Attending gardeners voted at the September monthly meeting to select a “Garden Council” format to meet for the purpose of representing the gardeners at the Ewing Community Gardens to Township officials and organizing the gardeners to build a community where the needs of the gardeners and the site can be supported.  Nominations for the council members were taken and the following individuals were nominated:

Please return your vote for up to 7 council members with a reply to this email to the ewingcommunitygardens@gmail.com by midnight Wednesday, September 25th.  You may vote for any here nominated or nominate your own with your vote.  Votes will be tallied and results announced by September 28th.

Ewing Community Gardens Meeting – Wednesday, Sept 18th

The September Meeting of the Ewing Community Gardens will be held this Wednesday from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the Gardens on Whitehead Road Extension.  An election will be held to determine the garden leadership for the next gardening season.  All 2013 plotholders are eligble to vote.  Please come and help determine the future of Ewing’s community of gardeners.
